This Management System is based on the nationally agreed principles, defined and developed to provide the necessary strength, flexibility and appropriate foundation for the development of a sustainable culture throughout the Company

Our Employees

We respect our employees for their individuality and encourage feedback on how our business can improve. We pride ourselves on low staff turn- over. We operate a thorough recruitment and selection process for all our hiring decisions. This includes obtaining documented proof of an individual’s right to work in the country and CRB checks in which they will be employed. We require their national insurance number and personal bank account details. We never make payments to third party account or in cash. London spray finishes always pay above the living wage rate applicable.

Our Supply Chain

Due to the nature of London spray finishes company and the close relationship we have with our employees and supply chain the risk of modem slavery is extremely low compared to businesses operating in other sectors.
